Enterprise Data Science
As the Design Practice Lead and Lead Business Program Manager for Data Science at Fortune 100 firm, I spearheaded the development and implementation of an Enterprise Data Literacy and Data Science Career Catalyst Program.
This initiative not only enhanced the skill sets of the firm’s workforce of 36,000 employees but also fueled innovation and growth within the organization's data science and AI/ML capabilities.
Employment Matching
During my time as a UX Research and Product Design consultant working with the Department of Labor, I lead a project aimed at delving into the unmet needs of unemployed job seekers amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal was to gain insights that could enhance the transition from unemployment to re-employment.
Through meticulous research and design efforts, we were able to overhaul the entire unemployment to re-employment experience. This project not only addressed critical gaps in the system but also provided a more seamless and supportive journey for individuals seeking employment opportunities during challenging times.
Digital Wealth Management
In my role as the Vice President of User Experience Research and Design at Morgan Stanley, I led multiple global teams consisting of in-house and vendor designers in driving the Digital Wealth Management Transformation project. The primary focus of this initiative was on creating cutting-edge web desktop, mobile, and responsive applications to elevate user experiences across various devices. The impactful outcomes of this endeavor included receiving 8 industry awards, a notable increase in Assets Under Management (AUM), and successfully attracting high-performing Financial Advisors from competing firms. This project underscored the significance of user-centered goal-directed research, design, and innovation in achieving tangible business results.
